Cornichons (Gherkins) in white vinegar
Cornichons are tart French pickles made from small gherkins pickled in vinegar and tarragon. Can be cooked, eaten raw or used as pickles. Pickles may be used as a condiment on a hamburger or a sandwich. Soured cucumbers are commonly used in a variety of dishes:- pickle stuffed meatloaf, potato salad or chicken salad or consumed alone as an appetizer.
