Quartered & Marinated Artichoke Hearts
These are the tender fleshy centre of the immature artichoke flower. Marinated artichoke hearts are a whole other kind of ingredient. Artichokes are roasted and dressed with seasoned oil, or oil and vinegar. They tend to be firmer and also have a tangier flavour due to the marinade.
